01|HR Generalist

Job Overview:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening. resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sourcing channels.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, mediate disputes, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Monitor employee morale and proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement.

Performance Management:

02|Graphic Artist / Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The graphic artist will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. They will collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the desired objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development:Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
  • Design Creation:Produce visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
  • Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
  • Digital and Print Production:Prepare designs for digital and print production, including optimizing graphics for web, print, and social media platforms.

03|Customer Service Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The responsibility of this job is to ensure that all communication reaches all the customer’s queries and concern via Walmart and Amazon platform.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service Support all channels via email, chat, inbound and outbound calls and others as assigned in Amazon and Walmart E-commerce platform.
  • Responsible for dealing with after-sales service including return and complaints, product and services; if unable to provide assistance, escalates customers and Team Leader/Operations Supervisor in a courteous manner, meanwhile, maintain the good performance of our stores.
  • Regularly contact the aftersales customer via email, chat, phone and other channels, inquire about the product experience and conduct EDM and SNS marketing.
  • Document customer interactions. thoroughly and accurately in our systems
  • Serves as liaison between customers and our company.
  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
  • Answer customer inquiries, addresses service needs and direct to technical team/service areas when appropriate.

  • At least Senior High School/ College Level.
  • With or without CSR experience and Fresh Graduate.

  • Fluent in English language Above average oral and written.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative identifies new sales opportunities, maintains client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer engagement, market analysis, and reporting. Requires strong communication, Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail, and experience in sales. A key role is a pleasant demeanor and excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
