W. Bridges Manpower Corp. (WB) is a full-service manpower outsourcing company duly registered before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). It is established in April 2018 and holds a valid DOLE DO 174 Certificate of Registration up to the present.

The Company’s head office and recruitment hub is strategically located at 4F Five E- com Center Building, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. The Company also has a branch office located at Covelandia Road, Brgy. Binakayan, Pulvorista, Kawit, Cavite.

Currently, we deploy efficient workers to several companies in Metro Manila and Cavite areas. With the aid of our competent team, the Company is sustainably growing, expanding its services and manpower pool.

1. Admin Staff

  • Proficient in organizational strategies and adept at time management and scheduling.
  • Skilled in basic bookkeeping, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Experienced with office management software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.

2. Marketing Staff

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Adept at multitasking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills ensuring positive customer interactions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving proficient for diagnosing issues.
  • Effective time management to promptly address customer emails, calls, and web chat messages.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute with high accuracy.

3. Data Encoder

  • With a high school diploma or any equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Encoder or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding typing and data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work autonomously.

4. IT Staff

  • Proficiency in relevant operating systems, software, and programming languages.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills encompassing speaking, writing, and active listening.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

5. Language Interpreter (Mandarin)

  • Fluent in Mandarin with a bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, or any related field.

6. Account Executive

  • Knowledgeable of the manpower deployment or labor contracting industry.
  • With excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
  • Fast learner and can work in a fast- paced environment.

7. Driver

  • Must possess a valid professional driver’s license with a minimum of one (1) year driving experience.
  • With excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to efficiently locate delivery, pick-up, and drop-off points.
  • Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills to maintain delivery schedules and accurately track multiple deliveries.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with clients.
  • With physical stamina and upper body strength to lift heavy luggage, package, and other items, including loading and unloading them from the vehicle.

8. Kitchen Staff

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and to work quickly and efficiently . With exceptional customer service skills and a team player.
  • Can diligently follow instructions of the Chef.
  • Remarkable organization skills and can keep track of kitchen inventory efficiently.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations for food preparation and storage.
  • Familiar with the operation of basic kitchen equipment.

9. Receptionist

  • Holder of a degree in a related field.
  • With prior work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Dresses professionally and neatly, and possesses professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exhibits strong time management skills.
  • With experience in administrative and clerical work.
  • A team-player and can work in a fast-paced environment.

10. Waiter/Waitress

  • With effective communication and listening skills for conversing with guests.
  • Knowledgeable about national and local regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and social perceptiveness.
  • Capable of assessing customer satisfaction and responding promptly to customer needs.
  • Service-oriented with focus on assisting and accommodating customers.
  • Reliable in processing customer payments with accountability.
  • Possesses physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing.

WB Empowers Women Through Job Fairs

W. Bridges Manpower Corp. (WB) has participated in several job fairs during Women’s Month organized by various Local Government Units (LGUs) in Metro Manila. Throughout March 2024, WB has joined several Job Fairs organized by different LGUs such as Pasay City, Parañaque City, and Kawit, Cavite, aligning with our company’s mission.

In collaboration with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Pasay City, WB took part in the Women’s Job Fair 2024, themed ‘Trabaho para kay Juana,’ held on March 8th at Cuneta Astrodome, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, upon invitation from the PESO City officials.

WB also participated in the Job Fair organized by PESO Kawit, Cavite, titled ‘Trabaho para sa Kawiteño.’

Additionally, WB joined the PESO Parañaque Mini Job Fair and the ‘Women’s Workers Forum’ program on March 20th at Parañaque Sports Complex, coordinated by the PESO Manager and Assistant PESO Manager.

WB Cares is a dedicated Outreach Program of W. Bridges Manpower Corp., committed to make a profound and lasting impact within our community. Rooted in compassion and driven by a mission of service, we actively engage in initiatives that uplift and support those in need.

Over the years, we have undertaken various meaningful initiatives, including organizing feeding programs for street children, donating gifts to local charities during festive seasons, and visiting homes for the aged to provide companionship and support. These efforts reflect our unwavering commitment to create a caring environment where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to thrive.

Moving forward, WB Cares remains steadfast in our mission to make a positive difference. Bridging Communities:WB Cares' Two-Day Feeding Programfor Senior Citizens in Parañaque City and Kawit, Cavite

WB Cares organized a feeding program for senior citizens in Parañaque City and Kawit, Cavite with the support of local association presidents.

The program commenced on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Barangay Puyat, Parañaque City, led by the President of the Homeowners Association. WB Cares officers arranged various games and activities, engaging nearly eighty (80) senior citizens.

The members of the Senior Citizen’s Association of Barangay Puyat with the President of the Homeowners, the WB Cares Officers, and volunteers.

On January 27,2024 the initiative continued at Barangay Samala-Marquez, Kawit, Cavite, spearheaded by the President of the Senior Citizen Association. Approximately one hundred (100) senior citizens participated in the event.

WB Cares distributed essential goods, warm meals, and fruit baskets to the senior citizens, with grocery packages awarded to game winners.

The Senior Citizen’s Association of Barangay Samala-Marquez, Kawit, Cavite with the WB Cares Officers and volunteers.

Recognizing the invaluable role of senior citizens in our society, WB aims to express gratitude for their contributions by continuing to support initiatives like these. Through the dedication of the volunteers, WB Cares is committed to alleviating hunger and supporting communities in need, reaffirming their mission: NO ONE GOES HUNGRY BECAUSE WB CARES.
